Job Description
The Civil Engineer in Training will support residential and site development projects by assisting with engineering design, feasibility analysis, and construction administration. This role requires familiarity with current regulatory standards and collaboration with project teams to support infrastructure planning and design.
• Assist with feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project schedules for new and ongoing projects
• Support preparation of engineering plans, calculations, and reports for client and regulatory submittals
• Assist Project Managers with design tasks, site visits, bid documents, submittal reviews, and construction administration
• Coordinate engineering work related to grading, drainage, pavement, and infrastructure design
• Participate in project and agency meetings
• Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations and apply innovative, cost effective design solutions

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed EIT and working towards PE License
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D
• 1+ years of land development project experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Residential/ subdivision experience
• Arc GIS experience
