Job Description
Assist oral surgeons during procedures such as extractions, implants, and sedation cases, anticipating needs and maintaining efficiency
Prepare and sterilize instruments, set up operatories, and ensure a sterile surgical environment
Monitor patients during procedures, including vital signs and patient comfort, following sedation protocols as applicable
Provide chairside support, including suctioning, passing instruments, and documenting procedures
Deliver post-operative instructions and support patient education
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within EHR/practice management systems
Collaborate with surgeons, clinical staff, and front office team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
3+ years of oral surgery / surgical dental assisting experience
Strong reliability, professionalism, and communication skills
