Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Electrical Control Installers in the Nashville, TN area. This individual will support commercial and industrial projects by installing and mounting control panels, running and bending conduit, and pulling and terminating cable according to project specifications. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of hands-on experience installing conduit and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics. Daily responsibilities include working in the field on installations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and submitting daily progress reports for the Project Manager’s review. This role may also involve overseeing and guiding a small team on job sites to ensure timelines and expectations are met. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between job sites. Nice to have qualifications include OSHA certifications and lift (scissor/boom) certifications. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role.
