Job Description
A client in the Nashville area is seeking a Delivery Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the timely delivery of products and software on behalf of the business owner, product, and engineering/IT teams leveraging Agile product life-cycle management (Kanban, Scrum, etc.). Ensures requirements are captured, validated, maintained, managed, and tracked. Plans and coordinates to ensure team processes are in place and manage resource allocation and forecasting to deliver projects. Drives product delivery through financial, development and resource management. Identifies and manages dependencies between teams and between products, platforms, and operations. Reports on product progress and resolves or escalates risks and issues. Enables the product and engineering/IT teams to 'get work done' by removing obstacles and managing risks, resolving any issues that affect scope, schedule, or quality.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a Delivery Manager role
• Minimum of six years of IT experience, including development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale integrated solutions
• Experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidiscipline, high-performance work teams
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies and frameworks, and/or other traditional project management methodologies and practices, organizing, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation
• Proficient with Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Teams, etc.
