Operations Coordinator
Location: Cleveland, TN (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: 9 Month Contract-to-Hire
About the Role
Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare organization operating multiple urgent care clinics across Tennessee, North Carolina, and Georgia. They are seeking an Operations Coordinator to serve as a key partner to executive leadership and help drive communication, organization, reporting, and day-to-day operational support across the business.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving problems, coordinating projects, and becoming a trusted resource for both leadership and clinic teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across many different areas of the business.
Responsibilities
Serve as a central point of contact for clinic and operational requests
Coordinate communication between clinics, vendors, leadership, and third-party partners
Track and follow up on operational and administrative projects
Assist with vendor management and issue resolution
Support reporting, data analysis, and operational analytics using Excel
Monitor requests and ensure tasks are routed to the appropriate internal resources
Review invoices and documentation for accuracy before submission
Assist leadership with meeting coordination and operational initiatives
Maintain documentation, processes, and internal resources
Help identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Become a trusted resource for clinic staff and assist with directing questions and concerns
Compensation: $30/hr - $40/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
2+ years of operations, administrative, office management, project coordination, or healthcare administration experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable interacting with executives, vendors, and frontline staff
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Healthcare experience preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
