A client of Insight Global's is hiring a Payroll Manager to work onsite in downtown Chattanooga. This individual will be responsible for leading a mid-sized, multi-site company to a centralized payroll department. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of a new HRIS system and managing all aspects of payroll. Additional responsibilities will include hiring and building a fully staffed department, auditing payroll processes, collaborating with various teams, and transitioning the current model to a centralized department. The Payroll Manager will be a confident leader who possesses an in-depth knowledge of complex payroll concepts and a strong ability to develop and lead a team. The primary responsibility of this role is to improve overall efficiency of payroll across multiple business sites.

5+ years of experience leading a payroll department
Experience implementing an HRIS System (UKG, Kronos, or Ultimate)
Experience auditing payroll processes
Experience hiring and building out teams
