Job Description
This position is responsible for architecting, designing, enhancing and implementing enterprise-level systems that support business operations and strategic initiatives, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Meet with business leaders to gather and clarify requirements
• Translate those needs into:
○ Functional requirements (what the system should do)
○ Technical requirements (how it will do it)
• Create:
○ Architecture diagrams
○ Data models and data flows
○ User workflows
○ Integration designs
• Review designs with technical teams
• Support testing by creating test plans and validating outcomes
• Troubleshoot issues during build, testing, and go-live
• Create training materials and support user adoption
• Use AI tools (Copilot, Anthropic, etc.) to speed up documentation and design work

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of system/application design experience
• Experience working on enterprise-level systems
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable owning design through implementation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant work experience.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with:
○ PeopleSoft (ERP system)
○ Qlik (analytics / BI tool)
○ Appian (low-code platform)
• Healthcare industry experience
• PMP or Scrum Master certification
• Experience using AI tools (Copilot, Anthropic) to improve efficiency
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is desirable
