Job Description
Our client is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation spanning ERP, HCM, and SCM workstreams. This individual will oversee program governance, executive reporting, integrated planning, vendor/system integrator management, financial oversight, testing readiness, cutover planning, hypercare, and transition to operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading complex enterprise Oracle Fusion implementations, managing executive stakeholders, and driving successful large-scale transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of Program Management experience leading large enterprise technology or ERP transformations
- Experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations at an enterprise scale
- Hands-on experience leading programs through testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to support
- Executive stakeholder management and steering committee leadership experience
- Strong vendor/System Integrator (SI) management experience
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and program governance
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive escalations within complex transformation programs
- Strong executive communication and reporting skills
Bachelor's degree required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PMP and/or PgMP certification
- Experience leading Oracle Fusion programs spanning ERP, HCM, and SCM modules
- Experience with large-scale deployments involving 20+ modules
- Experience in highly regulated, global, or multi-site environments
- Oracle-related certifications
- Experience partnering with large consulting firms/SIs such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Cognizant, or Infosys
- Experience creating executive dashboards, readiness scorecards, and governance reporting artifacts
