Job Description

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models to support business initiatives
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business stakeholders) to deliver AI-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support model training and deployment
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Continuously evaluate and improve model performance and scalability
• Support ongoing AI strategy and innovation efforts

Required Skills & Experience

Hybrid onsite 2 days per week

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science
• Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis
• Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
