Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support a large-scale aerospace manufacturing program. This individual will support day-to-day program execution by coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, managing onboarding activities, and ensuring alignment across project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting complex operational or engineering programs.

Required Skills & Experience

•Bachelor's degree required
•5–7 years of project coordination and/or project management experience
•Experience supporting onsite delivery teams
•U.S. Person eligible to complete Boeing PI Training

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

•Previous Boeing experience
•Strong organizational and communication skills
•Experience with reporting tools and performance metrics
•Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
