Job Description
Facilitates cross‑functional teams and structured process/product meetings using appropriate methods and tools
Prepares meeting materials; records and communicates outcomes
Collects, analyzes, and documents business and process requirements (with oversight)
Applies basic process, data, and systems architecture principles
Assists with project chartering, workshop design, and stakeholder communications
Learns to influence, negotiate, and act as a change agent with diverse audiences
Supports strategic planning, business strategy research, and workshop modeling
Integrates strategic initiatives into process improvement efforts
Schedules and plans work; contributes to programs, projects, and implementations
Prepares task estimates using cost‑benefit analysis
Conducts business requirements reviews and supports testing (schedules, scripts)
Acts as liaison with IT to represent customer and user requirements and status
Supports development of business cases, risk analysis, and resource planning
Uses project/program management best‑practice tools; tracks task status and reporting
Ensures compliance with documentation frameworks and evolving data standards
Identifies opportunities to simplify, consolidate, or eliminate process documentation
Assists with reviews, audits, and development of process standards and guidelines
Supports and promotes architectural compliance and integration
Researches and provides business architecture data to project teams
May mentor others within the group

Required Skills & Experience
3 or more years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment
3 or more years’ experience working with multi-functional teams/organizations
Minimum 2+ years of experience with writing SQL queries and/or SQL server management
Minimum 2+ years of experience with Tableau and/or PwerBI
Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Working knowledge of ERP/ERPLN/ERPMART
Working knowledge of Boeing Common Data Warehouse (CDW) and/or Teradata
Working Knowledge of SSRS (SQL Server Reporting System)
Working Knowledge of SharePoint
Working Knowledge of Python
Working Knowledge of Visual Basic
