Job Description

A large plastics manufacturer is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at its Greenville manufacturing facility. This site operates nine blow molding and injection molding machines and is considered the most complex facility within the network. The Plant Manager is responsible for daily execution across safety, quality, cost performance, reliability, and culture. This role requires a hands-on, floor-focused leader with strong technical aptitude and a passion for developing a young and growing leadership team. This position demands flexibility and a high level of commitment. It is not a standard 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. role—the Plant Manager must maintain strong visibility on the production floor and stay until the job is done to ensure operational success.
