Company Overview:
Insight Global's client is a full-service law firm representing institutional and private lenders in multiple states across the US. Their practice includes foreclosure, bankruptcy, consumer collections, commercial finance, complex litigation, appellate practice, regulatory compliance, and attorney closing services.
D2D:
-Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices related to creditors' rights and foreclosure.
-Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards.
-Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of case files and documentation.
-Conduct thorough legal research related to foreclosure laws, regulations, and procedures.
-Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.
-Review and analyze foreclosure documents, contracts, and financial records.

Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
-Experience in foreclosure or creditors' rights
-Strong understanding of foreclosure laws, regulations, and procedures
-Proficiency in using legal software and case management systems
-Strong ability to conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and support ongoing cases
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
