Job Description

• Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional technology programs ($5M+ budgets) from initiation through production launch, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery within a complex enterprise environment
• Own end‑to‑end delivery planning across all workstreams, maintaining an integrated program plan that aligns scope, timelines, dependencies, and milestones
• Partner closely with Principal and Staff Engineers, Architects, and technical leaders to drive architectural sequencing, integration strategy, and design‑to‑launch governance
• Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex technical challenges into clear, actionable plans and use cases
• Drive daily execution using Agile methodology and PMP standards, ensuring consistent delivery discipline across teams
• Maintain rigorous program tracking and reporting in Jira, including sprint progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and integration readiness
• Produce and deliver core program artifacts such as weekly status reports, risk and issue logs, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and dependency maps
• Own launch and operational readiness activities, including performance validation, security reviews, monitoring plans, rollback strategies, and runbook completion
• Proactively identify delivery risks, resource constraints, and cross‑team dependencies; drive mitigation and resolution through collaboration and escalation when needed.
• Manage financial and resource planning by forecasting staffing needs, tracking spend, and ensuring strong financial governance throughout the program lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Project Management experience working with cross-functional teams
• 5+ years leading full lifecycle application development initiatives with Agile
• Experience managing projects using .NET, Angular/React, Kafka, Kubernetes, and MS SQL
• Experience with event‑driven architecture and strong Jira proficiency
• Strong understanding of Agile and SDLC frameworks
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, IT Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Healthcare delivery experience
• Familiarity with Smartsheet
