Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to augment an existing development team and play a hands on leadership role in delivering a Salesforce, direct to consumer healthcare application. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enhancements across a Shop to Enroll experience, while also providing technical leadership to a small team of developers.
This is a player coach role—you will lead by example, contribute directly to development, and help drive delivery velocity and code quality across the team.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a hands on Lead Developer within a team of approximately 4–5 Salesforce developers
• Augment the existing team with senior level expertise, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical direction
• Deliver end to end Salesforce development work, including design, coding, unit testing, and implementation
• Build and enhance direct to consumer, customer facing applications using Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Velocity (Industries)
• Develop and enhance Shop to Enroll workflows, ensuring a seamless enrollment experience
• Participate actively in Agile delivery, supporting sprint execution, reviews, and ongoing optimization
• Conduct code reviews and promote Salesforce and healthcare platform best practices

Required Skills & Experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Omnistudio certification
• Hands-on experience with both Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations
• Expert in LWC development – lightning web components
• Experience building direct to consumer, customer facing Salesforce applications
• Lead level experience but hands on experience as a developer
