Job Description
Day to Day Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and owner of all Salesforce orgs
Implement updates, new functionality, automations, and enhancements
Maintain user accounts, permission structures, and data access controls
Build and maintain Reports and Dashboards for business stakeholders
Monitor and maintain system performance, data integrity, and platform health
Oversee deployments between Sandbox and Production
Provide support, training, and guidance to end users
Manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely solutions
Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and operational standards
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage all Salesforce environments, ensuring stability, performance, and usability
Lead the planning, development, and rollout of new features and enhancements
Uphold governance, security protocols, and compliance requirements
Design scalable automations and streamline business processes
Support and maintain a public‑facing Experience Cloud site leveraging Vlocity components
Collaborate with engineering, business teams, and leadership on roadmap and planning
Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and user experience

Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting complex, multi‑org environments
Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Strong configuration skills: Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Permission Sets, Profiles, Page Layouts, Reports & Dashboards
Deep understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and release management best practices
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and identify proactive improvements
Experience supporting highly customized orgs and integrations
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Vlocity / OmniStudio
Salesforce Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Architect‑track certifications
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, DevOps Center)
Basic understanding of Apex or Lightning Web Components for root‑cause analysis
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, financial services)
