One of our large pharmacy retail companies is looking for a strong PM / Program Manager to join their Business Consulting Team. This role supports a high-visibility initiative focused on transforming asynchronous care delivery across the organization. The Project Manager will work within the Business Consulting Groups PMO to drive cross-functional alignment and execution. Youll be responsible for establishing governance structures, managing project plans, and facilitating collaboration across business units (Minute Clinic, Pharmacy, and Front Store) to build a unified, chat-based clinical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for the Asynchronous Care initiative
Establish and maintain a cross-functional governance structure
Facilitate collaboration across clinical and retail business units
Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Track progress and ensure alignment to long-term vision and strategic goals
$30/hr to $55/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
