Manage multiple projects within a larger program
Align incoming work to the approved roadmap and priorities
Coordinate with delivery leads across teams
Track progress, risks, and budget across workstreams
Ensure teams are aligned to future capacity and upcoming work
Monitor execution using Jira and Rally
Update portfolio tracking in Clarity
Support Agile ceremonies when needed
Drive issue resolution and remove blockers
Partner with business, IT, and analytics teams
Ensure analytics deliverables align with roadmap goals
Provide updates and reporting to program leadership

Required Skills & Experience
8 to 10 years of experience in project management/scrum
Experience managing multiple projects within a program
Strong risk management and budgeting experience
Hands on experience with Jira and Rally
Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge
Experience aligning work to a defined roadmap
Experience managing capacity and resource planning
Ability to work across business, IT, and delivery leads
Strong communication, organization, and persistence
Experience working in complex, cross functional environments
Non technical but strong in coordination and delivery execution
