Job Description
• Run programs with budgets of $5M+ consisting of one or more large projects from initiation through production rollout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Lead implementations and upgrades of Enterprise Data Platforms. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (data engineers, architects) and business stakeholders to translate complex challenges into actionable use cases
• Ensure appropriate project deliverables are created, utilized by leaders and are updated over time as each project grows
• Oversee the development and tracking of timelines and milestones with key internal and external partners to address project objectives
• Manage projects using agile methodology and/or other Project Management Professional practices and standard tools
• Partner with other Project Leads and owners to coordinate day-to-day initiative progress, identify risks/barriers and work with project leaders to address challenges
• Where necessary interface with other projects to modify plans when necessary to ensure cross-functional dependencies and inter-dependent projects stay coordinated
• Work with all stakeholders to define and acquire all necessary resources and to ensure their continual support for project goals
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate status of projects in both formal and informal settings
• Forecast Resources allocations on a weekly basis while maintaining project budget

Required Skills & Experience
• 8-10+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on Data Science and Analytics initiatives
• 5+ years leading and supporting full‑lifecycle, Agile development of enterprise data platforms, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or AWS
• 5+ years of experience driving program management efforts within a large, complex organization
• Proven ability to partner closely with engineering and technical teams, with a deep understanding of the end‑to‑end components of complex data initiatives
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated executive presence
• High level of ownership, accountability, and outcome orientation
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior background as an engineer or in a technical role
• Experience with the Epic software (Electronic Medical Record / EMR) platform
• Experience with EMR / healthcare industry
• Prior experience using Smartsheet
• PMP certification
