Job Description

• Own and manage the team backlog:
o Write, refine, and prioritize user stories
o Ensure alignment to broader product strategy and roadmap
• Lead Agile ceremonies:
o Backlog grooming, sprint planning, refinement sessions
• Partner closely with Engineering & Design to:
o Clarify requirements
o Ensure quality and acceptance criteria are met
• Support end-to-end delivery:
o Testing, release planning, and post-release monitoring
• Monitor product performance & team metrics:
o Identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Act as a bridge between strategy and execution:
o Translate product vision from senior leadership into actionable work
• Collaborate across stakeholders to ensure alignment across initiatives/epics
• Present product demos and updates to stakeholders
• Incorporate customer and client feedback into product enhancements

Day-to-day will vary slightly by focus area:
• myOfferings:
o Focus on enrollment workflows, UX, and client-facing platform enhancements
• Formulary/UM Modernization:
o Work on data ingestion, migration, and authoring workflows
• Formulary/UM Modularity & Automation:
o Drive automation of drug coverage rules and claims adjudication logic

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience
• Strong experience owning and managing product backlogs (creation, prioritization, refinement)
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (user stories, sprint ceremonies, acceptance criteria)
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Architecture, and Operations
• Experience supporting full product lifecycle (build, testing, deployment, release, post-release)
• Ability to analyze product performance data / metrics and drive insights tied to OKRs
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and execution skills
• Experience influencing and aligning teams to a product vision, roadmap, and strategy
• Excellent communication skills (stakeholder demos, presentations, cross-team alignment)

Role-specific must-haves:
• For Formulary/UM roles (2 positions):
o Strong clinical experience (ideally PBM, pharmacy, or healthcare domain)
• For myOfferings role:
o Experience with client-facing digital platforms / B2B workflows
