Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Construction Program Representative to support submarine construction activity and increased integration demands across major Navy programs, the team is expanding to support higher production volume and tighter cost/schedule performance goals. This Program Representative will support the Program Integration Directorate and work closely with Operations, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across major submarine programs.
Daily responsibilities include:
• Facilitating and driving key decisions to achieve targeted construction and production results
• Meeting regularly with Operations, Engineering, and functional departments to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Tracking and analyzing financial and performance reports to identify trends, risks, and required corrective actions
• Monitoring execution across both the COLUMBIA and VIRGINIA Class submarine programs
• Ensuring integrated staffing/resource plans across shared functional areas
• Supporting cost, schedule, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Establishing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identifying enterprise-level risks and implementing mitigation strategies

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, business, or related field
• Strong data analysis skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing or influencing teams
• Engineering background
• Prior experience in operations, purchasing, or shipbuilding/manufacturing environments
