Provide hands-on technical leadership, with deep understanding of the codebase to guide design decisions and resolve complex issues? Lead and influence development solutions, ensuring best practices in performance, scalability, and maintainability? Organize and manage the development team?s workload, including: ? Defining milestones and delivery checkpoints? Creating and refining user stories, features, and epics? Breaking down epics into executable development tasks? Collaborate closely with QA to ensure quality standards, test coverage, and smooth handoffs between development and testing? Coordinate development efforts within a gated Waterfall delivery model, while driving execution through agile 2?3 week development sprints?
