More equipment and services as well as growing and maintaining current business relationships within the defined geographical and/or market specific territories. This position is responsible for municipal and/or industrial sales for various markets such as environmental, chemical, food, drinking water, wastewater, groundwater, and process applications, and requires selling/influencing decision makers in procurement, operations, management, consulting engineers, general contractors, etc. Typical territory revenue responsibility $12-$20 MM (not confined to this range). This role has more autonomy for managing his/her territory than the TSR IV role.Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):?Develop, document, and manage sales proposals and customer communications in alignment with company standards, leveraging CRM tools to capture customer insights, market intelligence, competitive activity, and bid outcomes ?Drive territory performance by managing sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve annual revenue and profit goals ?Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, market analysis, and strategic customer engagement ?Expand and strengthen the assigned business portfolio by building long-term, high-value relationships across target markets ?Maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders across consulting engineering firms, utilities, manufacturing companies, and other market influencers ?Deliver exceptional customer service through a deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and evolving market dynamics ?Conduct regular outbound and follow-up sales activities to nurture leads, advance opportunities through the sales cycle, and maintain a healthy pipeline ?Coordinate and deliver technical presentations, webinars, seminars, and Lunch & Learn sessions, and contribute to the development of market-relevant marketing collateral ?Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade organizations, and market-specific events to support business development efforts ?Communicate effectively with management regarding territory performance, opportunities, risks, and special initiatives, while promoting health, safety, and professional business practicesExcellent Benefits: Medical, dental, prescription & vision, HSA & retirement savings (401k) ? Technical leadership for hazardous waste remediation under CERCLA and RCRA programs throughout the project life cycle, focusing on exit strategy and remedy implementation and completion. ? Subject matter expertise (SME) in one or more specific areas of remedial engineering, geology, or chemistry (e.g., site optimization, vapor intrusion/vapor migration, critical process analysis, risk and exposure assessment, HRSC, biological processes, PFAS, treatment system upgrades, and technology advancements, etc.). ? Demonstration of SME for the analysis, design, installation, and operation of treatment strategies for waste materials in soil, groundwater, air, sediment, drinking water, and providing engineering and scientific expertise to protect human health and the environment. ? Provide definitive knowledge of site investigation and remediation technology, HRSC technology providers and services, products, vendors, subcontractors, lab scale/bench scale testing firms, and other subcontractors, consultants, and team partners to create robust teams for complex problems. ? Ability to understand and drive Risk Management for remediation strategies, including development of Risk Registers, Risk Monitoring Plans, contingent activities, and Contingency Plans. ? Provide overall site management for both proposed and existing sites, including development of technical remediation approach, cost estimation, schedule development, identification of critical milestones, planning, reporting, and formal project management. ? Provide input and develop written technical reports for delivery to clients, perform quality control reviews, and maintain deliverables of high quality to meet internal and client requirements. ? Independently manage tasks and work with other Project/Program Managers on various environmental projects. ? Provide direction, instruction, training, and leadership to support staff as a mentor for your work/sites. ? Perform background research, gather information, and interpret laboratory and field data to support technical activities. Evaluate data reports and draw comparison of results with similar analysis. ? Attend site visits, observe, and evaluate client programs and activities. ? Follow organization policies and systems for purchasing, procurement, project management and reporting, business development, and marketing, and project financial status reporting to management. ? Remain highly cognizant of environmental regulations and new requirements in the U.S. ? Interact with clients and regulatory agencies as needed to support site work. Compensation: $140K to $160K per year annual salary.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
