Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a strong C++ developer to support a Front Office application. This system is used globally to help finance Capital Markets trading assets through repos and securities lending/borrowing. Day-to-day, you'll be working with a platform that connects easily to other systems and offers flexible integration tools, so there's plenty of room for custom development. Expect to collaborate with teams across regions and help tailor the app to meet specific trading needs.

Required Skills & Experience

· Expert-level C++ (modern standards, shared pointers, STL, multithreading)
· Strong Linux development experience
· Ability to read and debug build logs, rerun builds/deployments
· CI/CD pipeline knowledge (Jenkins ops)
· Experience with databases, queues, PL/SQL scripting
· Familiarity with design patterns and SDLC best practices
· Ability to prioritize and self-manage in a complex, interconnected platform
APEX customization via C++ API and Java callbacks

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· GitHub Copilot proficiency
· Python or alternative scripting for data-centric systems
· Automated unit/integration testing
· Agile methodology familiarity
· FIS (SunGard) Apex experience
Capital Markets or trading systems experience
