Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Senior Communications Consultant to join a leading HCM client and support communications and engagement initiatives on a 9 month contract. This role will lead end-to-end internal communications, ensuring stakeholders clearly understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how it impacts them. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, translating complex initiatives into clear, structured communication strategies, with a primary focus on internal change communications.
Key Responsibilities
-Consult on communications for enterprise-wide system, product, and process implementations, with a focus on internal change communications.
-Partner with business and project stakeholders to understand objectives, timelines, and impacts, translating them into effective communication strategies.
-Develop and execute structured internal communication plans aligned to project milestones and change initiatives.
-Deliver full-cycle communication outputs, including:
-Change announcements
Impact-based communications tailored to different audiences
-Go-live and adoption messaging
-Work closely with implementation teams to ensure communications are aligned at each stage of the project lifecycle.
-Ensure clarity, consistency, and audience-appropriate messaging across all internal communication channels.
-Manage communication content development, review, localization, and bilingual delivery (English and French).
-Assess the effectiveness of communications and continuously refine messaging to improve engagement and understanding.
-Act as a trusted communications partner, advising stakeholders on best practices and effective communication approaches.

Required Skills & Experience
-5–8+ years of experience in internal communications, change communications, or project-based communications
-Experience supporting ERP, Salesforce, or large-scale system implementations (Big 4 or large enterprise preferred)
-Strong experience working in a project or product environment
-Proven ability to sit in stakeholder meetings, understand business needs, and translate them into communication tactics
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Fully bilingual (English & French) — professional fluency required
-Strong understanding of internal change communications patterns and best practices
-Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Consulting background or experience supporting enterprise-level organizations.
-Exposure to external communications.
-Experience supporting executive or senior leadership communications.
