Insight Global is seeking a Technical Product Leader to join one of our Healthcare Services clients and sit fully remote with some travel expectations. This person will be joining the Independent Dispute Resolution Entity team and bring structure, prioritization discipline, and clear execution ownership to the continued evolution of the IDR platform and future products. It is critical to ensure development capacity is focused on the highest-impact enhancements that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and platform scalability. This role will also own the product backlog and prioritization framework, working across Operations, Technology, and client-facing teams to translate workflow needs into clearly defined requirements and sequenced roadmap priorities. The objective is to ensure platform improvements are delivered predictably, aligned to strategic priorities, and support long-term platform growth.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Leader/Owner
• Ability to provide strategic product development guidance and vision; from scratch end-to-end as well as with existing legacy products
• Skilled in driving prioritization from Engineering/Technology teams and aligning with Product/Operations expectations and the ability to translate operational needs into structured product requirements
• Familiarity with client portals, dashboards, or analytics-driven products
• Reporting roadmaps to senior stakeholders on product health and future state, including risks, budget expectations, and org level impact
o Strong product tooling (such as/but not limited to; Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.)
• Experience incorporating AI-enabled workflow or decision-support capabilities
• Eagerness to wear multiple hats and have ownership introducing product discipline within scaling organizations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Recent Healthcare industry experience
- IDR product ownership experience
