Job Description
One of Insight Global's manufacturing clients is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their PMO. The Technical Project Manager leads and manages cross-functional technology initiatives through the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, design, development, implementation, and post-launch support. The role ensures high-quality delivery that is on time and within budget while balancing rigor with flexibility in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a critical bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical work into clear business outcomes across manufacturing and distribution operations.

Required Skills & Experience
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
PMP certification or in active pursuit.
Agile certification (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) preferred.
Experience
3–5 years of exposure experience in software development, systems integration, infrastructure, or IT operations.
2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or operational environments preferred.
4-7 years of experience managing technical projects through the full life cycle in IT, applications, infrastructure, data, or digital product environments
Experience coordinating technical teams, managing delivery dependencies, and working with Agile and Waterfall methods, including tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Proven experience managing ERP, WMS, TMS, or other enterprise system implementations.
Strong collaboration, communication, facilitation, and risk management skills.
