Job Description

- Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for our national commercial security and life safety services company client, to support logistics and operational initiatives across the organization. This individual will be responsible for leading cross functional projects related to supply chain, inventory movement, vendor coordination, and field operations support. The Project Manager will take ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets, and operational goals are met.
- Day to day, this individual will manage multiple workstreams, coordinate logistics-related activities, track milestones, and proactively identify risks or gaps that could impact delivery. They will be responsible for facilitating status updates, maintaining project documentation, driving process improvements, and ensuring alignment between operations, procurement, and field teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in fast paced environments, and able to translate operational needs into clear project plans and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of construction related project management work experience
- Understands reading electrical blueprints and deploying a plan of action to complete said project
- Experience with the point of contact for clients/strong external stakeholder management
- Experience managing and scheduling teams for work deployments of team members
- Oversaw material distribution and inventory management of projects
- Ability to forecast and manage operations over a prolonged period of time

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Comes from a construction or low voltage background
