Job Description
*Hybrid 3x week on-site*

-Travel Candidates, east coast time zone (come onsite 1 week every month)
Leads risk and change management for a large capital project. Focuses on identifying risks early, managing project changes, and keeping scope, schedule, and cost on track. Works closely with project leadership, engineering, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
Risk
• Build and manage the project risk plan and risk register
• Run risk workshops and identify potential issues early
• Analyze risks and support mitigation plans
• Provide updates to leadership (risk trends, key issues)
Change
• Own the change management process for scope, cost, and schedule
• Lead change review meetings with key stakeholders
• Evaluate impact of changes (budget, timeline, resources)
• Track and report on overall project changes and scope creep
Project Controls Support
• Partner with cost, schedule, and commercial teams
• Support forecasts, reporting, and project tracking
• Help ensure alignment across budget, schedule, and contracts

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-6+ years of experience Project Management or Project Controls experience - knows the ins and outs of EPC business
• Life sciences experience
• Experience leading risk identification, tracking, and mitigation
• Experience managing project changes (scope, cost, schedule) through formal processes
• Strong understanding of project controls (cost, schedule, forecasting)
• Proven ability to lead meetings and work with senior stakeholders (client, PMs, EPC teams)
• Strong communication and reporting skills (risk updates, change reporting to leadership)
