Job Description

The Test Tool Engineer supports engineering development projects involving software systems, networks, and telecommunications technologies. Working closely with New Product Development and Verification and Validation groups, this role contributes to the successful integration of test tools and fixtures to support product verification and validation processes while enabling efficient and reliable testing during New Product Development.

The engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test tools and equipment. This includes providing technical support for existing test fixtures and driving improvements to enhance quality, reliability, and efficiency.
This role requires strong engineering judgment, problem-solving ability, and effective collaboration skills.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development using one of the following:
National Instruments LabVIEW
C# with a willingness to learn LabVIEW basics
Web Development with a willingness to learn LabVIEW or C# basics

Experience designing mechanical jigs and fixtures
Ability to write clear and professional reports, test specifications, and procedures.

Experience performing basic and statistical analysis.

Experience in medical device manufacturing **

CAD experience

Design of mechanical jigs and fixtures in CAD
