Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Technical Implementation Engineer, for a full-time opportunity with a SaaS client. This person must be an experienced Implementation Technical Lead to support the delivery and implementation of claims software solutions within the workers’ compensation insurance space. This role sits at the intersection of technology, insurance operations, and customer engagement, playing a key role in ensuring successful client implementations. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in .NET and ASP.NET, combined with a solid understanding of how claims systems function within the insurance ecosystem, and experience working directly with customers during software implementations.
This role requires this person to partner directly with customers to understand business needs, workflows, and system requirements. They will also guide and support the configuration, integration, and deployment of claims management solutions. This is an individual contributor level role, and this person will be a very hands'-on engineer. In addition to new implementations, this person will also support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and post‑implementation technical guidance.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years experience in a Full-Stack .NET development role
- Strong client leading experience, ideally working for another SaaS provider and leading client implementations
- Familiarity with Healthcare interfaces (EDI, 837s, etc)
- Experience leading or mentoring other technical resources during implementations
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS implementations in regulated environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Background working with insurance carriers, TPAs, or claims technology vendors
