Job Description

The Sales Representative is responsible for managing the home sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through closing. Working from a model home, this individual will generate new business, maintain prospect relationships, and guide buyers through the homebuilding process.
Key Responsibilities
• Open, prepare, and maintain the model home daily.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, texts, emails, realtor outreach, and appointments.
• Guide buyers through home selection, contract execution, financing, options, and construction updates.
• Prepare and manage sales contracts and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate marketing events, realtor presentations, and community outreach efforts.
• Attend sales and construction meetings and collaborate with internal teams.
• Provide ongoing communication and walkthroughs to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• HS Diploma
• Experience working with a regional/local homebuilder
• 3–5+ years of experience in new home sales
• Strong track record of success in new home sales (consistently meets quotas, strives to exceed)
• experience with a CRM (Dynamics, SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Ability to drive up to an hour daily to community
• Positive attitude, driven and a self starter

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working for another national builder
• Bachelor’s degree
