Job Description

Our large healthcare client is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to add to their personalized Medicine team in Philadelphia.
The MA position includes taking vitals, rooming patients/turning over rooms, assisting doctors and other medical staff with procedures, handling instruments, etc. This includes phlebotomy and EKGs.

Shift:
During the contract period - Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
1 late night requirement each week
Rotating Saturday (8-12) about once every 4-6 weeks

Required Skills & Experience

NON - Tobacco User
COVID-19 Vaccinated

- Current Medical Assistant certification
- 1-3 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant, regardless of the type of practice/department (preferred Primary Care)
- EPIC experience (or a comparable EMR system)
- Experienced with EKG, Vitals, Injections, labs
- Must be personable for patient service duties
- Extremely thorough in both documentation and procedures/patient care
