Mechanical Systems Engineer 2

One of our large aerospace clients is looking to hire Mechanical Systems Design & Analysis Engineers to join their team in Ridley Park PA. This engineer will work on mechanical systems including hydraulics, flight controls, and environmental control systems (ECS) across multiple program needs. The role involves both design and support functions for aircraft systems used globally in defense and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop mechanical systems such as hydraulic actuators, pumps, valves, and ECS components.
- Create component detail, assembly, and installation designs.
- Analyze results and conduct design reviews.
- Provide engineering disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests)
- Document specifications, processes, and procedures for manufacturing.
Participate in supplier technical reviews and oversee qualification/testing of components.

Bachelor's degree in engineering
2+ years of experience in engineering classification
Experience working with Mechanical Systems (Flight Controls, Hydraulics, ECS)
Requirements Validation & Verification

Experience with DOORs
