* Lead efforts in researching, designing and providing recommenations for the Virtualization solution
* Identify requirements for new virtualization technologies and work with team to meet those requirements
* Ressearch and remain current with emerging virtualization techniques and technologies
* Work with vendors on proof-of-concept projects to prove out and test performance of virtualization hardware
