Day to Day:
We’re seeking a highly organized and collaborative Project Manager to lead strategic, security-focused initiatives within our Enterprise Services Technology division. This role is ideal for someone who excels in cross-functional environments and is passionate about delivering impactful information security solutions from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full lifecycle of security-related projects, from small-scale pilots to enterprise-wide implementations affecting thousands of users
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders and technical teams
• Collect and document business and technical requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and security protocols
• Refine and enhance project intake workflows, including resource allocation and effort estimation, to improve forecasting and delivery accuracy
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting summaries, action items, timelines, and progress reports
• Promote cross-departmental collaboration and ensure consistent, transparent communication with all stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated experience managing complex technology or security projects within enterprise environments
• Proficiency in project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, MS Project)
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across diverse groups
• Experience in process optimization and change management is highly desirable
