Job Description
We are seeking an Enterprise Data Modeler to design, govern, and evolve the enterprise’s data foundation across transactional, master, reference, and analytical platforms. This role owns how data is structured, integrated, and consumed across the organization, ensuring consistency, governance, and scalability to support both operational systems and analytics.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise data modeling, Master Data Management (MDM), and data architecture, and partners closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate complex requirements into trusted, well‑governed data assets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own and maintain enterprise data models (conceptual, logical, physical), including canonical, transactional, and dimensional models, and enforce data standards and documentation
• Contribute to architecture of Master and Reference Data using Informatica MDM/R360, including golden records, match‑merge logic, stewardship workflows, and downstream propagation
• Define how enterprise and MDM data is implemented in a Databricks Lakehouse, translating operational models into analytical schemas and data marts
• Model and integrate data across core enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, OMS, pricing, finance), including source‑to‑target mappings and lineage
• Partner with engineering, governance, and business teams to ensure data quality, security, compliance, and auditability

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 Years Experience in Enterprise Data Modeling and Data Architecture
• Architect experience in Master and Reference Data (Informatica MDM & R360)
• Hands-on experience with ErWin Data Modeler in enterprise environments and modeling approaches (relational, normalized, dimensional, and canonical (nice to have))
• Technical data analysis expertise (Databricks and PowerBI)
Hands-on experience integrating major enterprise data platforms (ERP, CRM, OMS, MDM, AR, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Additional Data Tools and Subject Area Experience (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, FiveTran, Mulesoft, Oracle Fusion, Flintfox, Microsoft Dynamics, IBM order Management, High Radius, Informatica MDM, Supply Chain, , ESG, etc.)
Experience aligning data governance, security, and compliance requirements (PII, GDPR, SOX)
