Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Clinical Analyst to support a top higher‑education client within their Health Sciences division. This individual will support two EHR systems—one supporting dental operations and one supporting private practice—helping manage system backlogs and day‑to‑day administrative needs.
Responsibilities include:
• Setting up, maintaining, and deactivating user accounts
• Supporting and optimizing clinical workflows
• Reporting and report writing
• Troubleshooting EHR‑related issues
Assisting with overall system administration across both platforms

Required Skills & Experience
• 6 years of experience working on EHR systems
• AXIUM or Dentrix exposure in a recent role
• Clinical experience/ exposure in a professional setting
• Bachelor's degree in related field - Health science or computer science preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Data base support- SQL or Oracle
• Report writing in a clinical setting
