Job Description

The Quality Engineer will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure product quality and project goals are met. Day to day responsibilities include creating and maintaining automated test scripts, performing manual and performance testing, and validating accessibility compliance. You’ll participate in team standups, provide regular progress updates, and proactively address blockers. Additional responsibilities include documenting test results, reporting defects in Jira, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes. The focus of this role is delivering reliable, scalable, and accessible solutions aligned with organizational standards and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Quality Engineer (~60% manual, 40% automation)

• Strong manual testing experience, including executing all tests manually

• Experience with ADA/WCAG accessibility testing, including tools such as NVDA screen reader and Adobe Document Checker

• Strong automation experience using Python, Selenium, and PyCharm

• Accessibility testing experience with WebdriverIO and AXE plugin

• Familiarity with Jira for project management and defect tracking
