Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a Data Product Owner to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Senior Manager of Data Products to facilitate discovery with business stakeholders and define clear roadmaps. You’ll serve as a member of the scrum team of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to deliver products that are documented, reliable, and easy to consume.

Core Responsibilities:
- Own features end‑to‑end across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and definition through delivery, release, and iteration
- Serve as the primary owner of the product backlog, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business value
- Lead Agile execution from day one by independently facilitating stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and PI planning
- Manage one or more delivery pods, ensuring teams are progressing as planned, backlogs are healthy, and commitments are met
- Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Continuously evaluate priorities to ensure teams are focused on the right work aligned to quarterly and annual business objectives

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years' experience in Product or Scrum roles owning full lifecycle of feature rollouts
- Strong expertise with Agile practices; leading stand-ups, PI planning, backlog refinements, writing high-quality user stories and backlog tooling (Jira)
- Strong data literacy; familiarity with cloud data platforms and BI consumption
- Experience with Databricks and Power BI

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with SAP
