Position Summary:
Insight Global's client is seeking an experienced family law attorney to serve as Managing Partner, a leadership role focused on attorney development, case quality, operational excellence, and firm growth. While maintaining a limited personal caseload and billing approximately 400–500 hours annually, the Managing Partner will provide strategic oversight and support to practicing attorneys, ensuring high standards of client service, case management, billing performance, and professional development across the firm.
This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who enjoys mentoring attorneys, improving systems, driving accountability, and helping others achieve their full potential.
D2D:
Attorney Development:
-Serve as a coach, mentor, and resource for attorneys across the firm.
-Meet regularly with mentoring attorneys and associates to review performance, workload, case strategy, and professional development goals.
-Provide ongoing coaching and feedback regarding litigation strategy, client management, case progression, and practice development.
-Facilitate attorney roundtables, case reviews, and collaborative strategy discussions.
Case Management & Quality Control:
-Conduct regular audits of active matters to ensure compliance with firm standards, best practices, and client service expectations.
-Review case notes, client communications, and file activity to ensure matters are progressing appropriately.
-Monitor case movement and identify potential risks, delays, or service concerns.
-Assist attorneys in developing action plans for complex, high-conflict, or stalled matters.
Performance and Billing Oversight:
-Maintain visibility into attorney's productivity and billing performance.
-Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends.
-Work with attorneys to improve efficiency, delegation, time management, and billing practices.
-Partner with firm leadership to ensure accountability and support attorneys in meeting performance expectations.
-Maintain a pulse on overall case health, workload distribution, and attorney development needs.
Practice Leadership:
-Maintain a limited family law caseload and bill approximately 400–500 hours annually.
-Support firm leadership in achieving strategic growth and operational objectives.
-Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
Active State Bar in PA.
Significant family law experience.
Prior experience leading, mentoring, and managing Attorneys.
Passion for Attorney development, legal excellence, and operational improvement.
Comfortable billing 400-500 hours annually and managing a caseload.
