Investment Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Investment Operations Analyst/Associate to support the operational side of our clients investment activities. This role sits within a team responsible for managing invested assets and works closely with both operations and accounting partners. The ideal candidate brings strong Excel skills, comfort working with financial data, and experience maintaining audit‑ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support daily investment operations, including buying and selling securities across multiple banking systems.
-Process and monitor wires, ensuring accuracy when handling transactions such as municipal bonds, treasury bonds, and other fixed‑income products.
-Review and process invoices, incentive fees, and other investment‑related payments.
-Maintain audit‑friendly documentation and collaborate with internal audit teams as needed.
-Perform Excel‑based modeling and calculations tied to asset values and investment activity.
-Interface with the accounting team to ensure smooth operational workflows (no accounting background required).
-Utilize systems such as BNY Custody, Clearwater Analytics, and Oracle General Ledger.

-3–5 years of experience in investment operations, treasury operations, or a related financial support role.
-Strong working knowledge of Excel, including modeling and data manipulation.
-Familiarity with investment products, especially basic fixed income (municipal bonds, treasuries, etc.).
-Experience supporting or interacting with audit processes.
-Ability to manage high‑volume operational tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
-Strong communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally.

-BNY Custody, Clearwater Analytics, and Oracle General Ledger.
