Develop and maintain enterprise capability maps, including maturity assessments, gap analysis, and investment prioritization
Lead current-state and future-state assessments to identify capability gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
Facilitate executive and cross-functional workshops to drive alignment and decision-making
Produce executive-ready architectural artifacts, including capability heatmaps and transformation roadmaps
Serve as the business architecture authority for major initiatives, ensuring design intent is preserved through execution
Partner with enterprise and solution architects to align business design with technology and platform decisions
Support governance and investment decisions with clear, structured architectural insights
Act as a bridge between enterprise architecture and business functions (operations, finance, HR, legal, information security)
