- Operate hand/power tools
- Read tape measure to 1/8" accuracy
- Assemble wood components
- Lift/move up to 50 lbs throughout shift
- Maintain stable attendance and pace in non-climate-controlled environment

- Comfortable in fast-paced, physical environment

- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience
- Home construction or component manufacturing background
