Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Network Administrator to join a large retail client in the Warrendale area. Candidate will support the retail network infrastructure through basic Tier 1 support. They will be working off of a JIRA ticketing system to fulfill requests and support multiple stores nationwide. He/She will partner alongside the help desk team to support cross functional groups with general networking assistance.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• Tier 1 Ticketing Support
• Familiarity with Cisco Switches
• General networking knowledge & capabilities – for ex. OSI model, TCP/PIP Flows, cloud connectivity
• Python and Ansible
