Job Description
We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support buyers through resolving supplier pricing discrepancies within SAP and other associated challenges in the purchasing process. This individual will manage incoming requests, track and coordinate pricing updates, follow up with stakeholders, update approved pricing in SAP, and audit completed changes for accuracy. The role is highly process-driven and focused on improving turnaround times for pricing corrections while providing operational support across multiple sites. This is an administrative and coordination-focused position and does not involve supplier negotiations or sourcing decisions.

Required Skills & Experience
Basic Excel skills, including tracking spreadsheets and simple calculations
Experience engaging and leading cross functional communication
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
Customer service mindset and ability to support multiple internal stakeholders
Process-oriented with the ability to follow established workflows
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience using SAP within finance or supply chain environment
Purchasing, procurement, or buyer support experience
