Job Description

We are seeking an Recruiter to support hiring efforts for one of our clients in a fast-paced, technical environment. This individual will be responsible for managing full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of technical roles, with a strong focus on engineering and manufacturing functions. This is a high-impact role that requires strong partnership with hiring managers, the ability to manage multiple open positions, and a proactive approach to identifying and engaging top talent.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of recruiting experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles
- Screen, qualify, and submit candidates aligned with both technical and cultural priorities
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process
- Drive the recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and updates within ATS systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Have experience using Oracle
- Experience recruiting engineer roles
