Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Retail Pharmacist for Ephrata Pharmacy who is not only passionate about patient care, but also interested in taking on a leadership role within the pharmacy. This position is ideal for a pharmacist who is eager to grow into a lead or senior pharmacist role, support pharmacy operations, and help guide technicians while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Clinic Hours : Mon- Fri 9-6, Sat 9-1
Pharmacist gets to choose one day off of preference
Responsibilities
-Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with state and federal regulations
-Verify prescriptions for accuracy, interactions, and proper dosing
-Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and general health education
-Serve as a clinical and operational resource for pharmacy technicians and support staff
-Assist with workflow oversight, prioritization, and daily pharmacy operations
-Communicate with prescribers to resolve prescription issues and improve patient outcomes
-Maintain accurate documentation and pharmacy records
-Ensure adherence to pharmacy policies, procedures, and safety standards
-Support training, mentorship, and performance guidance for pharmacy staff
-Provide immunizations and additional clinical services as applicable

Required Skills & Experience
- Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license in good standing
- 2 years experience in RETAIL pharmacies
