Job Description
This role will partner with Rental leaders in delivering Pricing insight to ensure pricing and pricing strategies align with company objectives. Providing recommendations regarding board rates and price guidance that will be disseminated to field leadership via collaborative events. This will be done through persuasive presentations and easy to understand analytics. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining training documentation, SOPs, and providing mentorship to Analysts within the group.
The role is intended for finance professionals who demonstrate strong judgment, ownership, and influence. Senior Business Analyst serve as trusted advisors, translating complex financial and operational data into clear insights that drive performance, accountability, and long term value creation. This role will provide analytical leadership to the Pricing team in support of the Rental business operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact with Rental, translating pricing data into actionable insights
• Lead Board Rate and Discount Guidance reviews with Rental Leadership
• Own Board Rate and Discount guidance models, including running on set schedule
• Maintain pricing models, troubleshoot issues and develop improvement methodologies where applicable
• Monitor and explain key pricing and operational performance indicators
• Communicate results and opportunities through clear and concise presentations to varying levels of business leaders
• Work with Pricing and Rental teams to improve existing/develop new reporting dashboards and views
• Lead ad hoc analysis and special projects that will require a high level of pricing understanding with cross functional collaboration

Required Skills & Experience
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Management, Finance Management, or qualitive discipline
• MBA or equivalent master’s degree preferred
Experience
• Minimum 7+ years of experience working in diverse areas with a focus on data/business analytics, sales data management, and management interactions for driving profit improvement initiatives.
• Progressive experience in data and pricing analysis
• Experience using data analytical, visualization, and data mining tools to synthesize data and information from multiple sources and turn data analytics into actionable and supportable recommendations
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in utilizing Data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
• Strong working knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Proficiency working with large datasets using tools such as SQL, Power Query, or similar data manipulation technologies
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) to communicate insights effectively
• Develop persuasive verbal and documented presentations
• Ability to present data findings and pricing recommendations
