Job Description
We are seeking a Lead QA Tester to own testing strategy and execution for a healthcare WMS implementation. This role ensures zero tolerance for errors in a highly regulated, high-volume environment. Day to day, this role defines test plans, leads functional and regression testing, and coordinates closely with configuration, automation, and development teams through fast moving build test deploy cycles. They act as the final quality gate ahead of site launches, ensuring configurations, customizations, labeling, and regulatory workflows are fully validated as the team executes phased, leapfrog deployments across multiple facilities.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of QA experience in enterprise systems
• Proven experience as a Test Lead
• Hands-on Manhattan WMS 2018 testing experience
• Experience supporting large-scale production rollouts
• Strong defect management and reporting skills
Responsibilities:
• Lead all QA activities for Manhattan WMS 2018 implementations
• Define test strategy, test plans, and execution schedules
• Coordinate automation and manual testing activities
• Mentor QA team members and enforce quality standards
• Validate healthcare regulatory requirements and labeling accuracy
• Partner with functional and technical teams during deployments
